About us

Our Philosophy
The first five years of a child's life are not a precursor to education. They are its most critical chapter. At Mini Mavericks, one of Noida's most thoughtfully built preschools, we approach early childhood with the empathy and rigour it deserves.
Our classrooms are designed around developmental science, our educators are trained in progressive pedagogy, and every child is met with the patience their growth demands. We believe that academic foundations, emotional intelligence, social confidence, and creative thinking together shape a child who is not just school-ready, but prepared for life beyond the classroom.
Our Vision
Mini Mavericks was founded with a single ambition: to build an early childhood institution that India's families can point to as the gold standard. Not just for academic outcomes, but for safety, personalised learning, and the quiet confidence it builds in every child who walks through its doors.

Our Mission
Our mission is to raise children who are as emotionally intelligent as they are academically prepared. Through intentional teaching, inclusive practice, and a community built on trust, we give every child a safe space to grow into a thoughtful, capable, and compassionate human being.
The Person Behind It All!

Deepannita
Chakraborty
Child Psychologist
Early Years Educator
|
Deepannita spent over a decade at the heart of early childhood education, not in theory, but in practice. As a child psychologist, educator, author, and storyteller, she has worked closely with children and families across every stage of early development, understanding not just how children learn, but how they feel while learning.
Eight years of diligently running a preschool brought her to one clear conclusion: truly exceptional early education must be inclusive, research-informed, and personalised to each child's pace and potential.
Mini Mavericks is built entirely on that belief, and thrives today on her commitment to a space where every child is seen, every parent is heard, and every stage of growth is met with expertise that is deeply human at its core.
