Refund Policy

This page explains how refunds work for admission and tuition fees paid to Mini Mavericks Early Learning Centre. Please read it before making a payment, and feel free to call us at +91 82877 26977 if anything here needs clarifying.
Registration and Admission Fee
The registration or admission fee paid at the time of enrollment is non-refundable, regardless of whether the child joins classes or not. This fee covers processing the application and reserving a seat for your child in the programme.
Tuition Fee Refunds
If you withdraw your child before the term or session begins, we'll refund the tuition fee paid, minus the registration fee. If you withdraw after classes have started, tuition already used for that month is not refundable, but we will refund fees paid in advance for future months, minus a processing charge of 10%.
Notice Period
We ask for at least 30 days of written notice before withdrawing your child, with an email sent to hello@minimavericksindia.com or given in person at the centre. Refunds for advance months are processed based on the date we receive this notice, not the date your child last attended. Please note that apart from tuition fees, no other fee is refunded.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your withdrawal notice and confirm the refund amount, we aim to process it within 30 business days to the original mode of payment.
Fees Paid for Materials, Uniforms or Events
Fees paid separately for books, uniforms, school events or field trips are non-refundable.
Transfers Within Mini Mavericks
If you're moving your child from one programme to another at Mini Mavericks, for example from Playgroup to Pre-Nursery, no refund is needed. We'll simply adjust the difference in fees, if any, for the new programme.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that families sometimes need to withdraw for reasons like relocation or medical issues. In such cases, reach out to us directly. Refund decisions outside this policy are made at the discretion of Mini Mavericks management on a case-by-case basis.
How to Request a Refund
Write to us at hello@minimavericksindia.com or call +91 82877 26977 with your child's name, programme, and the reason for withdrawal. We'll confirm the refund amount in writing before processing it.
